Very nice 2013 Jayco Jay Flight, everything works perfectly! * Can sleep 6-8 people * Queen size bed up front * Double Bunks (sleeps up to 2 per bunk) * Dinette that folds down to add another bed (sleeps one) * J-Steel Sofa (Futon Style, sleeps one) * 2 TVs (Free broadcast TV also has cable input for campsites that offer cable) - Living Room with DVD player - Front bedroom (Smart TV, use of streaming services requires a Wi-Fi hotspot and is not included) * Radio (AM/FM, Weather band, AUX) * One power slide out * Power awning * Gas & electric refrigerator & water heater Insurance is included in the rental fee. You may bring one dog, under 35 lbs, with you during your trip. You will need to provide your own towels, blankets and pillows. Sheets, cookware, paper plates, plastic forks and spoons are included. ** SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED ** ** The use of incense, candles or any other items with an open flame is NOT allowed in this unit! ** The renter may pick up and return the camper in Denver, IA. Please note that the camper has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 7,500 lbs., please make sure your tow vehicle can handle this unit! No refunds will be given if you show up with a vehicle that can't safely tow the camper. Please see your owner's manual or ask your auto dealer for your vehicles towing capacity. We will provide the required Distribution Hitch at no cost. You will also need to provide a Insurance binder, it extends your automobile’s full insurance coverage while you operate the rented RV. Call your agent to see if your policy offers RV rental binders. We will provide you with the information you need to give to your agent. You may also have it delivered. Delivery available anytime and within 120 miles of Denver, IA. Fees include setup & tear down of camper at a campsite of your choice. We charge a base fee based on distance plus a flat mileage fee of $3.00 per/trailered mile for pickup and delivery. Base Fees: Up to 20 miles - $100 + $3.00
